Moretti Forni about to launch a new oven at Host Fiera 2017
Moretti Forni confirms its world leadership in the development of baking technology.
The Italian company has recently released news about the launch of a new revolutionary oven. The state-of-the-art piece of equipment is going to be presented very soon, at the most important international hospitality exhibition, HOST FIERA which is held in Milan the 20 – 24 October 2017.
Euroquip will be at Host to attend this World Premiere and experience this upcoming innovation in the baking industry. We are confident the Italian brand will deliver another product that will benefit the Australian food industry too, but so far we don’t have much information although we have tried to take a peep 🙂
What we can say before the official launch of the new oven in two weeks, is that it will be a new serieS, thus a deck oven built to allow the higher temperature ever reached of 510C° and the lowest energy consumption obtained until today.
