Safety, reliability, efficiency and high quality: the characteristics of Serie P baking: with electronic management and temperature adjustment for ceiling and floor, timer, an economy mode, baking programs, reinforced and insulated doors with high density material and a special insert for a durable design.
P120E – easy to use and wide chamber: these are the main features of the P120E models. Its versatility is also given by the 3 different sizes available and the baking Chambers.
All models have the capability for the chamber can be fitted with embossed steel baking floor or with baking surface in micro-rugged refractory brick (suitable for baking bread directly on the stone). On request, they can be fitted with an internal height of up to 30 cm for higher products. It is also possible to equip each deck with a steam generator for direct injection into the baking Chamber, ideal for products that require a high amount of moisture.
