AUSTRALIAN TEAM OF PASTRY CHEFS
If Pastry is your passion, this is the occasion you were looking for to be recognised as The Coach of the Australian Team of Pastry! Euroquip is officially entitled to organise the Australian Team of Pastry to compete for the very first time in The World Trophy of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate the 21/22 October 2017 in Milan in Italy. This is one of the main international events in the industry held by the International Federation of Pastry and Chocolate. We are looking for a highly skilled Pastry Chef to perform duties as a coach, able to train a Team of 3 promising Pastry Chefs for this exciting event that will definitely boost your career with recognition and great visibility on a international level. The ideal candidate has team management ability, extraordinary creativity and of course proved experience in the business.
The Australian Team will train on weekly basis in order to perfection-ate 6 different projects, which are: Pastillage Sculpture, Gelato Presentation, Sugar Sculpture, Modern Cake, Chocolate Sculpture, Chocolate Pralines.
The Theme of 2017 competition is ” The World of Chocolate and Coffee“. Detailed Regulation Brochure will be provided to the interested candidates. The Australian Pastry Team and Coach will travel to Milan to compete in this prestigious competition that will see other 15 countries participating. Traveling and accommodation expenses from Sydney to Milan during the days of the competition will be covered by Euroquip.
