Two of our ovens were at the event. They made the true Neapolitan Pizza thanks to the expertise of two Neapolitan Master Pizza Chef (based in Sydney): Lucio De Falco and Luigi Esposito (Video).
For this occasion Pizza Chef Lucio De Falco (owner of Lucio Pizzeria) has chosen the most powerful electric oven in the world (video below).
