My Kitchen’s Story presents Pizzeria on The Road.
From Salento (South of Italy) to Sydney. It’s how Massimo Cino‘s journey began. It was September 2011 when he gave birth to this idea.
The concept was simple: bringing an authentic wood fired Italian pizza to Sydney.
At the beginning Massimo started with one pizza trailer. After a while the project became bigger and now has four pizza trailers and one food truck.
As the company has grown, a partner was needed. That’s why Massimo asked Daniele Catarci, his great friend and co-worker to come on board to become his partner.
Daniele Catarci comes from Rome and he belongs to a family of pizza makers of three generations.
About the Equipment
Quality is very important. That’s why Pizzeria on The Road uses Valoriani Top Series wood fired ovens and Regina Pizza tools supplied by Euroquip (photo).
About the Pizza Trailers
People can hire the oven trailers anytime. There are four pizza trailers at your disposal. Pizzeria on The Road can come directly to your place and can make an authentic wood fired oven pizza in your backyard for a private function, for example. The distance? Is not a big problem! About the Pizza Track
During the weekdays you can find Pizzeria on The Road pizza truck anywhere in Sydney. The idea is to offer a great pizza to the workers at a really good price. If you want to be updated about the location of the truck, you can find more information on Pizzeria on The Road fanpage.
“In a few words Pizzeria on The Road means quality, entertainment and great service at your disposal”. That’s how Massimo sums up his idea of business.
If you are curious to taste Massimo & Daniele’s products, follow them! But not literally on the road, it could be quite difficult sometimes!
