Fan Bake serie F, the new range of convection ovens
Sigep is a trade exhibition held in Rimini Fiera, Italy annually covering major food industry categories such as gelato, confectionery, chocolate, coffee, bakery, pasta and pizza and food service. Running from the 23rd to the 27th of January, Sigep was once again a exhibition of innovation and big ideas.
Moretti Forni exhibited at the 37th edition of the highly successful show, displaying ovens and other food service equipment from their range. The Moretti stand featured industry experts from around the globe to share knowledge of their specialty fields and demonstrate the highly functional features of the Moretti equipment.
One of the main highlights of the show was the serieF-fanbake and its SmartBaking technology. SerieF-Fanbake is the brand new range of convection ovens that elevates Moretti to the highest level of quality and technology in the bakery oven sector.
Also being demonstrated heavily were the SerieS range of high performance ovens with low energy consumption and packed full of revolutionary features to make the baking process more efficient and to produce better results.
