Specials: Claudio Biscotti from Margaret River will be at the EUROQUIP stand to delight you with some delicious pastry demonstrations. The traditional Italian pastry treats made by Claudio Biscotti have become a MUST TRY in WA, with glowing reviews. Claudio is a superb pastry chef from Rome; he brought with him all the traditional recipes of his homeland, from Brutti ma Buoni (Ugly but Nice) to Ricciarelli from Siena, Diplomatica Cake, freshly piped Cannoli and his unstoppable creativity.

The International Federation of Pastry FIPGC and Euroquip are now partners. EUROQUIP are proud to introduce the Australian National Team of Pastry Chefs that will compete in the World Trophy of Pastry, Chocolate Ice Cream, the 21/22 October 2017. There is great excitement (and a lot of work) behind this unique event that will see young talented and promising Australian Pastry Chefs competing in Italy for the World Cup against other pastry super stars from 5 continents. To finish, tow young talented pastry-chefs from the William Angliss Institute, one of the most rewarded hospitality School in the country, will run daily pastry demonstrations at the Euroquip stand.
