Australian Team of Pastry Chefs that will compete in the World Championship of Pastry in October 2017.
The International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate is the most relevant association in the industry, based in Italy, whose fundamental jobs are to carry out activities that are inherent to the development, knowledge and expertise typical of the confectionary art of pastry.
The Federation also plays a key role in the development of baking, ice cream making, chocolate art, cake design on a national and international level with the aim of ensuring the protection of ethical and professional values in order to improve the prestige and image of the whole category.
Euroquip is proud to be the Official Australian member of the Association entitled with the organisation of the Australian Team of Pastry Chefs that will compete in the World Championship of Pastry in October 2017.
This prestigious event will see the Australian Team participating for the very first time this year.
