This also applies to the Moretti Forni range of mixers which includes planetary mixers, fork mixers and spiral mixers in all sizes.
The Coldline refrigeration range includes blast chillers, retarder provers, storage cabinets and refrigerated counters, pizza benches and VISION multi-function units. The range is suitable for the bakery, catering, pastry, ice cream and pizzeria industries and the quality and finish is impeccable.
