“Bean to Bar” – Craft Chocolate Class 2019.
Our first “Bean to Bar” – Craft Chocolate Class has been very successful.
Attendees came from all over Australia, cacao beans from Solomon Islands and technical support from Italy. To sum up, it was an amazing atmosphere. Thanks to Jessica Pedemont (from Chocolate Artisan), Giuseppe Di Chiano (from FBM Boscolo) and Bryan Atkin (from Makira Gold) to make this event a fantastic experience (video)!
Thanks to our expert team of professionals, the attendees were able to learn how to make a chocolate bar from scratch. This event will be a “yearly party of chocolate” as described by Jessica Pedemont.
