“I have found the Moretti Forni ovens to produce great consistent quality when Baking Pizza, Focaccia thru to Loaves of Bread, especially in the Amalfi oven that has a total refractory chamber. The oven allows us to have different percentages of heat coming from the top and bottom to produce a perfect result. We have also found that it’s extremely energy efficient as the heat is retained in the chamber due to the refractory tiles used to construct the oven. All in all; it produces a great tasting product – beautifully cooked!
