The iM spiral dough mixer enables medium and large volumes of dough to be mixed in a short time, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity and oxygenation. They are ideal for use in the pizza, pastry and bakery industries.
All spiral dough mixer models guarantee a constant dough temperature during kneading, from the beginning to the end, therefore eliminating the risk of overheating. All machines have a switch-off timer, castors (excluded iM8) and safety device, necessary for maximum reliability for users. Furthermore the models iM 25, 38 and 44 are available in the version 2V with double speed and with rising head, to enable the user to work accordingly to his needs and habits.
