The iK fork dough mixers enable medium and large volumes of dough to be mixed in a short time, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity and oxygenation. They are the perfect kneading machine for the pizza, pastry and bakery industries.
All dough mixers have double speed, switch-off timer, castors, and safety device, necessary for maximum reliability for users. The iK fork mixers are particularly indicated for dough asking for high quantities of air and low working temperatures.
