The “World Trophy Of Pastry, Ice-Cream, And Chocolate FIPGC” 2019

The “World Trophy of Pastry, Gelato, and Chocolate“ by the International Federation Of Pastry FIPGC, takes place every 2 years in Italy at the most prestigious fair in this sector, Host Fiera Milano. This is the most prestigious international event dedicated to pastry professionals, a sensational competition that attracts superstar pastry chefs from all over the world, to win the title of “World Championship of Pastry”.
Australia has been nominated by the Federation to compete, together with other 15 countries, in this that has become one of the most important international event in the pastry industry. The selections and pre-selection of the “Australian Team of Pastry FIPGC“, will be organised by Euroquip in 2018. The finale will be at Fine Food in Melbourne, 10 – 13 September 2018.
Euroquip Food Service Equipment, as the international partner of FIPGC – the International Federation of Pastry, Gelato, and Chocolate – have been looking forward 2 years to this amazing opportunity for the pastry chefs down under. The project has been developed with the aim of export our talented patissiers.
The International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate fosters the development of confectionery and pastry art worldwide. They also play a key role in the advancement of bakers, ice cream makers, chocolatiers, cooks, cake designers with the aim of ensuring the protection of social and professional values and elevating the prestige of the whole pastry industry.
The competition will see 3 superstar pastry chefs for each team, guided by 1 coach, competing for the world championship title on 3 main disciplines, by presenting sophisticate pastry artworks:
- Chocolate Sculpture and Pralines
- Sugar Sculpture and Modern Cake
- Pastillage Sculpture and Gelato
The 3 lucky winners of the Fine Food finale, will win:
Euroquip is looking forward to officially introduce the “Australian Team of Pastry” that will compete in Italy in 2019.
- A return flight to Italy and all the accommodation expenses to compete in the “World Trophy of Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate 2019”
