We are pleased to invite you to our professional master class in collaboration with Le 5 Stagioni, about authentic Neapolitan Pizza that has been recently recognised world heritage by UNESCO. Famous Italian pizzaiolo Guglielmo Vuolo will run this rich and detailed training course.
An extraordinary interpreter of Pizza Napoletana, a master chef of undisputed experience; trainer, conselour, spokesperson for AVPN (Association Verace Pizza Napoletana). Guglielmo travels worldwide to run technical demonstrations, support new local start-ups and launching courses for young talents. Vuolo is the fourth generation of a family of bakers that opened their first bakery in the heart of Naples in 1908 thanks to the hard work of his great-grandmother Maria Spavone. Guglielmo’s restaurant in Naples, called “Fratelli Vuolo” is filled with traditions and memories. He is a craftsman who focuses his work on the quality of the dough; His Neapolitan pizza dough strictly respects the traditional recipe by using Criscito for just a little yeast of beer and then leavened from 12 up to 24 hours at room temperature. The result is a perfect interpretation of the ancient recipe and authentic flavour, that makes Neapolitan a world heritage now officially recognised by the UNESCO authority.
