Our Intensive Pizza Course for business is a commercial pizza training comprehensive day which covers all aspects of pizza.
This course is designed for people willing to open their own business but who don’t have much experience in this industry.
Joe Cassisi is an internationally accredited pizza chef and he will help you to achieve your result.
Starting with the basics, you will discover:
– Making dough (technical aspects involved)
– Rolling out by hand ball formation
– Lighting a Wood Fired Oven
– Working with Wood Fired Oven
– Maintaining temperature
– Cooking in the Wood Fired oven and the use of the Spitfire gas burner
– How to cook pizza in an Electric Deck Oven
