The 2017 performance at Foodservice Show in Melbourne has confirmed a sensational success that has seen the Euroquip Team involved in a non –stop live demonstration for the entire duration of the show. The Euroquip Temporary Kitchen has received the appreciation and attention of a delighted and large audience. “Pastry & Bakery” was the main theme of this year exhibition, with Chefs Claudio Tallarico, Danilo Refini and young pastry chefs from the William Angliss Institute running exciting demos of baking, pastry art, gelato, sugar pulling and decorations. All these delicious creations have been realised by using our professional equipment from Moretti Forni, Coldline and Staff Ice System. The result wouldn’t have been the same without best ingredients on the market that we used for our recipes, like the Elenka bases for gelato and pastry, Stella dairy products and Le 4 Stagioni flour. People love to contemplate beautiful things … and taste good food. Euroquip definitely made everybody happy by offering entertaining and at the same time quality education for the food industry operators that are looking to improve the performance of their business or succeed with a new business start-up.
