Being held at the new ICC Sydney, Fine Food Australia is an unrivaled showcase of the latest food, drinks, ingredients, and equipment for food service and retail businesses. After having been nominated as one of the favourites stands at Foodservice by Hospitality Magazine, Euroquip is now getting ready for the most important food industry event in Australia. 

The Euroquip “Live Kitchen” will run cooking demonstrations as usual by using the best made in Italy catering equipment from Moretti Forni, Coldline, and Staff Ice System. If last year Pizza represented the main focus of attention, this time we will entertain you with Pastry & Bakery. These two are definitely growing industries in Australia and we have seen an increasing demand both of professional equipment and knowledge. You can come to our booth to explore specific products and attend the demonstrations of our chefs, which will offer you their interesting perspective about pastry and bakery. 

During the four days, Euroquip will entertain you with a rich program that will see the participation of chefs coming both from Italy and Australia.  Alessandro Lo Stocco, an acclaimed Pizza and bakery trainer, knows perfectly flours, fermentation and dough life. He is able to communicate and teach elaborate processes with remarkable naturalness and spontaneity. He travels the world running workshops in order to train or upskill the most famous bakers and pizzaioli. With 20 years of experience and the best Moretti Forni equipment, Alessandro Lo Stocco represents a unique chance to enrich your knowledge of this all-Italian art. Danilo Refini, coming from Melbourne is the ‘Australian version” of Alessandro, which periodically runs the professional weekly courses “Moretti LAB” dedicated to Pizza, bakery, and pastry. 

Pizza is the world of Enrico Sgarbossa the 2014 European Champion, now based in Sydney where is Al Taglio pizzeria in the hipster suburb of Surry Hills, has been recently nominated among the 10 best pizzerias in Sydney. Enrico Sgarbossa takes pizza to next level by applying his deep technical knowledge of milling and experimenting the newest toppings and ingredients combination. This is known as “Gourmet Pizza” and in Italy is the food trend of the moment. While it could seem apparently easy to match Pizza with unexpected ingredients, this cooking style requires a great ability and sense of taste. When you combine together very different ingredients like lemon and Mortadella, the result can be delicious if you know how to balance the flavours, but also a complete disaster. Pizza must create a perfect fusion of flavours on the palate.

From bakery, the master classes will continue with the pastry art. Euroquip have recently engaged with the FIPGC, the International Federation of Pastry Gelato and Chocolate base in Italy, in order to prepare the Australian Team of Pastry to compete in the World Trophy of Pastry that will be held at Host in Milan (Italy), this October 2017. The Aussie Team of Pastry will be at our stand to delight you with some sweet delicacies.

Last but not least surprising, Claudio Tallarico the Roman Chef known as Claudio Biscotti will take you in a trip of flavors through traditional Italian sweet recipes.
