Bread Cooking Class
Experience more than just a cooking class…
Internationally accredited Pizza Chef Cesare Salemi invites you to experience the art and joy of making sourdough bread in the wood fired and electric oven.
Cesare will take you through the steps of how to make the perfect sourdough bread.
Starting with the basics, you will discover:
– How to heat the oven to optimal temperature for bread.
– How to make the dough from scratch, using the right ingredients/quantities. – How to perfectly bake the bread.
– How to prepare and bake different styles of bread.
-You will also learn to feed your own cultures.
We invite you and your friends to come along and enjoy an intimate, hands on experience followed by bread tasting, accompanied with antipasto and a relaxing glass of wine.
