This section includes Euroquip’s terms of trade created to guarantee that we can continue to offering you excellent products, at excellent prices,

1. New Accounts
All new accounts must register prior to placing an order.

2. Terms
For Online Purchases payment must be made in full prior to goods being dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Returns
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation from Euroquip and if accepted may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (See Returns Policy for more information)

4. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Goods will be charged at the prices in effect at the time of shipment.

5. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All items are subject to 10% GST unless otherwise stated. The GST will be automatically calculated and added to your purchase total upon checkout.

6. Shipping
Goods will be delivered free into store (FIS) for order over $200.00 within Sydney, otherwise freight charges may apply depending on delivery location. Click on SHIPPING for more information.

Goods may be picked up from our Peakhurst warehouse at no freight charge.

7. Warranties
All goods come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Any item claimed to be faulty through either faulty material or manufacture will be replaced and returned to the Buyer at no charge.
