Returns Policy
Goods may only be returned to Euroquip for exchange
or refund with prior consent. Requests for returns
must be Via Email or Fax within 10 working days
of receiving goods and the original invoice number
must be noted on all claims. A Return Authorisation
Number will then be issued to the customer. If Euroquip
agrees to accept goods for return, this Authorisation
Number must be clearly stated on all returned goods
& a 20% restocking fee may apply. All returned
goods must be in their original shipping cartons
and must not have been used. Freight charges for
returned goods will be at the buyer’s cost.
Incorrectly Supplied or Breakages
All goods should be checked upon receipt for incorrect
supply or breakages. In the event that goods have
been incorrectly supplied or there is a claim for
breakages that may have occurred during transit,
any claims must be directed to Euroquip Via Email
or Fax within 3 working days of receipt and a Return
Authorisation Number will be issued. There will
be no freight charge to the buyer and replacement
goods will be issued.
Shipping
We offer delivery Australia wide .Orders will be
processed and shipped within 2 working days.
Orders over $ 200.00 and within Sydney will be shipped
free into store (FIS). Otherwise, shipping charges
may apply for orders under $200.00 for other areas
& interstate. If shipping charges are applicable
then a member of our Customer Service Team will
contact you with these details prior to your order
being dispatched from our warehouse.
Goods may be collected from our Peakhurst warehouse
at no freight charge.
