Q. Can I still buy from you if I am not
in the food service industry?
A. Although our site is designed
primarily for the food service industry, we welcome
anyone’s business. There is sure to be something
to suit everyone’s taste and budget.
Q. Do you sell used catering equipment?
A. We only sell new catering equipment.
Q. How do I set up an account with Euroquip?
A. It’s very simple. Just
click on My Account and fill in the registration
form if you are not already registered.
The Registration Form consists of a series of questions
and also asks you to enter an email address, contact
details as well as password, which will then be
used to Login to your account.
Q. Can I purchase smaller quantities than
what is shown on your site?
A. As we purchase in bulk quantities
to reduce costs which are then passed on to our
customers, we are not able to sell in smaller quantities
than shown on our site.
Q. Is the GST included in the prices?
A. GST is not included in the prices;
it automatically gets calculated and added to your
purchase total upon checkout.
Q. If I’ve ordered the wrong item,
can I return it?
A. Yes, items may be returned for
exchange or refund within 10 working days with prior
consent of Euroquip. See Returns Policy for more
details.
Q. Does the catering equipment come with warranties?
A. All products come with the standard
manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
